Rosemary and bazil salmon

The important thing for salmon is that it isn't overcooked.

The fresh rosemary in bloom comes from the garden.

It is possible to add a drizzle of olive oil at the start of cooking, but salmon generally produces its own juices without anything needing to be added.

Cooking time: No more than 15 minutes, just let the outside turn opaque, the centre of your salmon should remain moist.
