2 black speckled enamelled hollow pans with glass lids.
The lids have been customized for optimum use, and the knob has been replaced by a small metal
one that will cast less shadow and won’t melt. Caution: the knob can become hot, so use the cloth to
lift the lid. The steam hole has been plugged with a stainless steel rivet, to increase the greenhouse
effect and conserve heat to the maximum.

The small pan measures 22cm and its 20cm lid sinks slightly.
This pan is perfect for cooking sausages, duck breast, aiguillettes, etc., as it rises to temperature
very quickly.

The large pan measures 26cm and the 24cm lid sinks slightly.
It’s perfect for a large turkey leg, ratatouille, potatoes or sweet potatoes, and can be used to bake a
pie or quiche. You can also cook a small whole chicken by removing the string and opening the
chicken’s thighs.
Make sure that the lid does not lift, which would increase cooking time.
