Place of processing

The Data are processed at the Owner’s headquarters and in all other places where the parties responsible for processing are located.

Retention Time

Personal Data is processed and kept for as long as required for the purpose for which it was collected.

Therefore :

  • Personal Data collected for purposes related to the execution of a contract between the Owner and the User shall be retained until the full execution of the contract.
  • Personal Data collected for the purposes of the legitimate interests of the Owner shall be kept for as long as necessary to achieve these purposes. The Owner may be permitted to retain Personal Data longer whenever the User has given consent to such processing, as long as such consent is not withdrawn. In addition, the Owner may be obliged to retain Personal Data longer whenever required for the performance of a legal obligation or by order of an authority.

Once the retention period has expired, the Personal Data will be deleted. Therefore, the right of access, the right of deletion, the right of rectification and the right of portability of the data cannot be applied after the retention period has expired.
